Postcard from Disney 2024 Day One

Greetings from Disneyland! Here is a quick postcard from the end of day one. We leaned into the Santa and Mrs. Claus, made eye contact with anyone who seemed interested and waved, stopped and talked to those who were really engaged, children and adults. And we got a lot of rides in.

We did rope drop today (7:30am), Rise of Resistance, ended with Small World, had a break from 3:00pm to about 7:30pm, and left the park just before midnight. About 9 miles of walking (over 20K steps each).
